While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the expected timeframe, delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, security restrictions, operational interruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, delivery becomes subject to the courier’s operational process. Our team will gladly assist in tracking shipments whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times controlled by third-party logistics providers.
The responsibility for providing a complete and accurate shipping address rests with the customer. Orders returned because of incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges before they can be dispatched again.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellation before an order enters the dispatch stage.
Once packaging has been completed or the shipment has been transferred to the courier, modifications may no longer be possible.
BeefitFashion reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch if circumstances reasonably require it. Examples include inventory shortages, pricing mistakes, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate orders, technical system errors, or situations that prevent us from fulfilling the order as intended.
Where payment has already been received through Bank Transfer for an order cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount will be returned according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Any request relating to product replacement or return will be handled according to the official Return & Exchange Policy published on our website.
